Winter’s Twilight – styled shoot

Two lovers bathed in golden light- the inspiration for this stunning styled shoot came from the ocean and the vastness of the empty beach in winter’s twilight days.

The beautiful bride’s Wishbone and Ivy gown, contrasts beautifully with the rugged coastline, and the beaded headpiece is reminiscent of the sea’s treasures. The groom’s Mickey Blue suit has a relaxed easy style that fits seamlessly with the ocean landscape.READ MORE

She’s a Wildflower – a day in the life

Alice of She’s a Wildflower is a trailblazer when it comes to beautiful blooms. With her effusive personality, creative brilliance and down to earth nature, it’s easy to see why Alice’s clients always fall a little bit in love with her.

Brides-to-be are often daunted by the prospect of finding the perfect florist for their day. The world of floristry is not one often explored so there is a common misconception that just anyone can throw a bunch of blooms together and walk down the aisle.

The bloom-bloom-wow that Alice brings to each of her client’s day, does not come without hours pouring over concepts and styles, as well as the physical labour that comes with market runs and on-the-day preparation.

We sat down with Alice to uncover exactly what role she takes in wedding preparation for her gorgeous brides to be.

Mariana Hardwick – new luxe range

The new luxe range from Mariana Hardwick needed a show stopping location that would mirror the high-end collection from the well-established designer that has been operating for over 30 years.

Campbell Point House was the perfect choice, the extravagant waterfront French-style chateau made for the ideal backdrop.

The concept was simple: stylish, elegant and grand.

Each location was hand-picked to complement each gown in the collection. From the pool house to the conservatory and beyond, it only got better with each shot.READ MORE
