NYC Inspired Styled Shoot

NYC Inspired Styled Shoot

The universal love affair with New York City has been brought to life in our very own Melbourne CBD with this stunning styled shoot.

Melbourne, with it’s ornate architecture, and high end streets, provided a timeless backdrop, emulating that of uptown New York, transporting us right to the romance of the city that never sleeps.

Our bustling CBD is delicately and deliberately scattered with ornate architecture, some dating back to the 1800’s, that brings an endless tapestry of texture, light and beauty – what else could you ask for when tasked with portraying a bond that will last the test of time?

The team of vendors collaborating to create this beauty all share the love of three things – timeless, romance and elegance. Fine art delicate styling by Weddings of Desire brought softness and romance to the contemporary, fast-paced rooftop skyline, while velvet blush linens, creams and grey blooms with soft silks, light greens and gold were used throughout. A bold scattering of black candles and table details to balance, while Luminare’s balcony with its uninterrupted views of the city provided the ultimate setting to complete the look.

Modern gowns from Marquise Atelier brought femininity and allure and a 1950’s Mercedes Benz convertible added luxury and elegance.

With elegant softness amongst an otherwise fast-paced city skyline, this timeless collection of beauty is truly one to inspire brides to be and their chic city dreams, all captured by our talented Tribe favourite, Lovers Narrative.
