It is truly a venue that’s hard to overlook.
Vue Grand is an iconic venue steeped in history. Elegant and romantic, this Queenscliff beauty really offers it all. Couples are able to celebrate their ceremony and reception in the one location, accommodate their guests as well as spend their first night as a married couple in their award winning-turret suite. A timeless classic that will leave guests feeling like they’ve truly escaped.
First appearances can be deceiving, and when we arrived at One Day Estate we were not sure what to expect. We came to realise that this venue complements a bride and groom looking for an absolutely unique wedding space. Handcrafted from recycled timbers and stone, it appears every nook and cranny of the space has a story to tell and there is really no other venue quite like it.
Step into the rambling gardens of Harvester Moon and you feel immediately relaxed and know that guests will feel the same in this intimate space. There’s an eclectic mix of decor that gives this venue a funky vibe and is definitely the perfect spot for couples with a laid back approach.
The Barn in Wallington specialises in allowing couples to celebrate their day, their way. It is rustic opulence nestled among the blue gums and without doubt the perfect blank canvas for brides and grooms that want to get creative and let their imaginations run wild.
With magnificent views across Port Phillip Bay and offering of fine wines, BAIE Wines vineyard is the perfect setting for outdoor wedding ceremonies and marquee receptions that will leave your guests gasping. Build your day around the stunning backdrop and celebrate in whatever style you like.
An original 1920’s homestead, Oakdene is set amongst the vines and an eclectic, lush art garden setting. Surrounded by an eclectic mix of sculpture and paintings, it’s a venue full of colour, fun and personality. With bed and breakfast accommodation, restaurant and a cellar door, it’s a lovely local venue to really escape to.
An award-winning olive grove and offering amazing vistas, Rusty Gate Estate is certainly a jewel. Featuring expansive views, established grand gardens and multiple ceremony sites, at Rusty Gate, you can cater for your celebration no matter its size or needs.
Bellarine Estate Winery has a relaxed air and is set on a picturesque property with wonderful food, wine and craft beer to accompany your celebration. For larger groups, additional space can be created with the provision of an outdoor marquee on the patio area overlooking the beautiful vines.
Crystal blue waters greet you as you wander into At The Heads. Choosing this location means celebrating your day surrounded by panoramic views of the ocean. Exposed wooden beams in the ceiling add to the feeling of country-meets-coast and is complemented by a delicious modern Australian menu.
There’s no question that we are spoilt for choice among the gorgeous offerings of the Bellarine. And just when you thought there couldn’t possibly be any more, just around the corner from Barwon Heads is Thirteenth Beach, where the calm shores of the Bellarine Peninsula end and the rocking seas of the Surf Coast begin.
