Catering options

All catering is provided by Circa, The Prince and is served from their two hatted kitchen. The renowned kitchen has produced some of the country’s most exciting talents, including Andrew McConnell, Michael Lambie, Philippa Sibley, David Moyle, Ben Shewry, and most recently, Shaun Haggarty.

In 2016, Circa wait staff were honoured #1 Restaurant Service in Melbourne by Randa Assi, placed in the Herald Sun’s Top 25 of Victoria’s Best Restaurants, and thanks to the discerning palate of Circa Head Sommelier, Laurent Rospars, the wine list was inducted into Gourmet Traveller’s Hall of Fame, and awarded an outstanding 3-Glasses in the Wine List of the Year Awards.

Couples can choose from either a stand up canapé style event, or a seated menu.
