Yering Station was established in 1838 by the pioneering Ryrie brothers who adopted the Aboriginal name “Yering” for their new station. In 1996 the Rathbone family purchased the property drawn to its natural beauty, history and the great promise of its wines.

Recognised for its landmark winery, restaurant and events complex, the building sits harmoniously within the landscape of heritage architecture and the beautiful vineyards from which our winemakers craft award winning wines.
All catering is by Yering Station, offering seasonal menus from the finest ingredients sourced, creatively used in contemporary style dishes.
There is no onsite accommodation at Yering Station, however the Boutique Hotel, Chateau Yering, (a 32-room property), is only a walk through the beautiful gardens to the adjoining neighboring property.

Cost: With various food and beverage packages to suit different styles of weddings, prices start from $220 per person, with an additional on-site ceremony fee.

The property boasts several areas for your ceremony, from a background of modern striking architecture and exceptional views to a romantic garden setting to the heritage listed Historic Barn. All weather contingencies can be catered for at a moment’s notice.
A spectacular stone and glass building sets the scene for this stylish and relaxed venue with expansive views of the Yarra Ranges. Receptions can commence outside with canapes and drinks followed by dinner in the main dining area (inside).
