Authentic, relaxed and professional, Peter Horden was clearly born to be a celebrant.
What we love about Pete is that his story is a little different from most celebrants. His marrying magic began when he married friends in 2011 as a Youth Pastor at a church in Richmond. Loving the thrill and natural flair he had for performing ceremonies, when he found himself five years later with a growing family and ready for a new tempo, civil celebrancy was a natural fit.
Since then, Pete has performed weddings far and wide, from Melbourne, Sydney, Geelong and beyond. He loves the unique journey he goes on with all of his couples. Taking time to get to know them (over a beer, wine or coffee), he expertly guides and supports them to express their relationship and story creating an individual ceremony that his couples and their guests absolutely love.
Pete loves to perform ceremonies that are relaxed and comfortable with a sentimental touch of comedy to capture the depth and enjoyment of your incredible day. Public communicating is his life’s craft since acting school as a young boy, school captain (humble brag) and hosting numerous weddings and events. Couples can truly relax knowing Pete will be with them every step of the way and avoiding any awkward moments.
Popular on the wedding scene for his depth of talent and easy going personality, you are in the best of hands with Pete the Celebrant.
