Exposed Edge – A styled shoot

Exposed Edge is an unconventional love story told through edgy elegance and uninhibited style, underpinned by a synergy of raw emotion and simmering attraction. Creative stylist Emily at Memory Lane was fuelled by a longing desire and the trending demand for unconventional wedding styling. The resulting story unfolds like a dreamscape vision of contemporary romance mixed with timeless, eccentric glam, captured artfully by Evka Weddings.

Against the minimalist warehouse setting of Upstairs Studio appears our anti-bride, rebelling against the traditional in a two-piece suit overlayed with a sheer cape by Caleche Bridal, a rebellious nod towards a veil injecting personality and sophistication.

Her lover, sleekly suave, awaits her arrival with whisky in hand.

The exposed brick, polished floors and lofty ceilings of Upstairs Studio provide the ideal slate for the sculpturally designed setting. Stark branches and wild, uncontained foliage in a monochromatic palette by Christina C Events offset our couple’s chic minimalist stylings, and textural elements of velvet linen, brushed matte cutlery and modernist candle arrangements add expressive aesthetic appeal.

Exposed edge is a glimpse into future styling encompassing endless elegance from the past and the transcendent timelessness of a love story.

“Two hearts two souls one love for all time”.
