When a Karen Willis Holmes collection drops, we’re always excited!
We are thrilled to share with you, HERA, a reinvention of classically sophisticated pieces that sees their return to couture like aesthetic.
Evoking a feeling of effortless luxury through tailored silhouettes, corseted bodices, interchangeable statement sleeves and grand skirts featuring splits and pockets. This 10-piece collection has been crafted in heavenly layered organzas, structured Mikado’s and sculptural Dublin’s.
“For me, the balance between the structure of the silhouettes, juxtaposed by the fluidity of the fabrication, is the perfect embodiment of the complexity of the female gaze itself. What I love about this collection is its ability to represent this complexity, and hopefully present a wedding dress that brides feel represent who they are,” says Karen.
The ’22 collection is completely hand crafted in their Sydney workroom and is made to order.
Available is AU sizes 4-20 and can be found at KWH boutiques in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth as well as stockists in Australia and worldwide.
Prices range from AUD $2,190 for separate bodices to $9,990 for the most intricate gown.
