Sixteen years into wedding photography, Sash Ilievski still talks about the small moments — a glance across a crowded reception, a father straightening a tie, the seconds before a first look. That longevity matters. It means Sash has photographed hundreds of weddings and developed the instinct to be in the right place before the moment happens, not after.
His approach blends documentary storytelling with editorial composition, and his images are edited in a signature style he describes as “analogue film-inspired” — rich, warm tones with a film-like quality that feels timeless without tipping into vintage.
Collections Photography — how it works
Sash leads a small Melbourne-based team, and wedding packages are built around six or ten hours of coverage, with 600 to 1,000 edited images delivered via a private online gallery within four to seven weeks. Every image is individually edited in a mix of colour and black and white. Second photographers and content creators are available as add-ons.
Albums are a genuine speciality. Collections’ fine art albums are handcrafted on museum-quality archival paper and book-bound in linen, vegan leather or premium leather, designed by Sash from your selected favourites.
Packages start from $4,750, with most couples investing more depending on coverage hours and add-ons.
Collections Photography is based in Melbourne and available Australia-wide and internationally — recent venues include Metropolis Events, Leonda by the Yarra, Carousel Albert Park, Coombe Yarra Valley, Provenance Wines and QT Canberra.
