St Agnes is a restored 1800s country estate set on six acres of vineyards, heritage gardens and established elms, just outside Kyneton, one hour from Melbourne. Managed exclusively by the Prunella Events team, everything from planning and styling through to catering, florals, furniture hire and on-the-day coordination is included. You choose your photographer, celebrant and musicians; they take care of the rest.
The property offers multiple ceremony and reception settings — a cobbled courtyard framed by the original brick stables, sweeping lawns with vineyard views, shaded elms for alfresco dining, and a dedicated marquee garden on level ground.
Receptions can be held in the stables, beneath a sailcloth marquee, or fully outdoors. The estate accommodates 40 to 200 guests depending on format, with intimate indoor options for 20–50 in the Formal Dining Room, Drawing Room or Cellar.
Three onsite suites sleep six guests, including the tastefully appointed Wedding Suite which sprawls across the entire upper floor of the heritage stables, offering beautiful views of the estate and stunning photo opportunities. A preferred accommodation list for Kyneton is also available for larger groups.

St Agnes suits couples who want the beauty and character of a heritage private estate without the work of coordinating it themselves. The all-inclusive Prunella model means the planning, catering, florals, styling, furniture and coordination are handled as one, a genuine differentiator for couples who want creative input without project management.
The property moves beautifully between intimate celebrations of 20 and large-scale marquee weddings of 200, with the after-dark offering (late-night snacks, espresso martinis, the Stables transformed into a dance floor) extending the night well beyond dinner.
“We simply do not know how to express our gratitude to the two of you for helping us to create the magic of our wedding day. It truly surpassed all our expectations and we could not possibly have wished for anything more.”
Hannah & Troy, Prunella/St Agnes website.
