How Sugar Bee approaches wedding floristry
Sugar Bee takes only one styling wedding per date, so the team is fully present from install through to pack-down. Your florals are designed around season, colour, mood and venue, across bouquets, buttonholes, ceremony installations and reception centrepieces through to large-scale statement work. No floral foam enters or leaves the studio, a sustainability commitment Youki is firm on.
The process starts 12 to 16 months ahead of your wedding, with peak season running September through May. Wedding floral investment starts from $5,000, with most couples investing between $8,000 and $15,000 depending on scale and complexity.
Sugar Bee also works with corporate clients including Maserati, TAG Heuer and Chandon, and their work has been featured in Vogue Weddings AU, Ivory Tribe, Hello May and Together Journal.
The studio is based in Coldstream in the Yarra Valley, with a retail shop offering seasonal bouquets, bud vases and statement arrangements for everyday orders.
