A ONE DAY WORKSHOP – SUNDAY JUNE 5, 2016
MOUNT MITCHELL HOMESTEAD, LEXTON VIC
A one day ‘styled photo shoot’ workshop held in the stunning Pyrenees of Victoria.
The setting will be the historic Mount Mitchell Homestead, where immaculately manicured grounds and stunning homestead create the perfect backdrop for rural romance. With a focus on floristry, styling and photography, our inaugural masterclass will provide you with industry insight and thorough hands-on creative experience.
Guest Specialists Danielle Fraser of Moss Industry Weddings, Laura Harvey of Weddings of Desire and Stefani Driscoll of Ivory Tribe will share their insider secrets, industry knowledge and know-how on successfully curating, executing and capturing beautiful imagery. Our Rural Romance workshop will expose you to and involve you in the collaborative process, which takes place between a team of professionals on styled shoots, from start to finish.
You will learn tips and tricks through hands-on demonstration and produce your own work, which will be collectively styled and photographed, resulting in a stunning body of work for all to use and share.
Choose an industry stream (styling, floristry or photography) that best suits your skills or is of most interest, and let your creativity unfold with guidance where required.
Mount Mitchell Homestead is less than two hours from Melbourne and only 30 minutes from Ballarat. The masterclass will run for the duration of the day with participants arriving at from 9.30am for a 10am start.
All catering provided by renowned Bellarine-based caterer, Annie’s Kitchen, and caffeine hits and afternoon aperitifs will be served by super stylish coffee cart, Mr B.
There is a maximum of twelve spaces per industry profession available (12 x photographer/12 x stylists/ 12 x florists).

A wealth of information when it comes to styling innovation, as well as hints and tips to pull incredible shoots together, we feel incredibly lucky to have someone of Laura’s caliber joining us in our Masterclass series.

With an intuitive eye for colour, detail and an ability to transform a celebration through considered and creative floral design, Danielle, through her Ocean Grove-based business, Moss Industry Weddings, has set the benchmark in wedding floristry.
Danielle provides unique, original concepts, drawing on her extensive floral knowledge, well-trained eye and an authentic passion for creativity. Specialising in an opulent, lush and organic style, with a growing list of high-profile weddings and events in her portfolio – Danielle is an incredible asset to the Ivory Tribe Masterclass series.
Stefani of Ivory Tribe
Ivory Tribe’s co-founder Stefani Driscoll is all about the imagery. A passionate and creative photographer, Stef’s work is full of light, colour and vibrancy, much like herself. With extensive experience in the wedding industry, she is dedicated to connecting with couples and all the intricacies of their wedding day.
Stef, with her keen eye for detail, is well-versed in capturing special events, styled shoots and brings a fresh, relaxed and fun approach to our Masterclass series.
