Your front-row seat to pop-culture weddings and aisle-worthy fashion moments.

Dua Lipa just made the case for the bridal blazer.

She said “I do” in custom Schiaparelli, a wide-brimmed hat and white gloves, and proved that a registry ceremony with a handful of your favourite people can be the most stylish wedding move of the year.

Dua Lipa married actor Callum Turner at London’s Old Marylebone Town Hall on Sunday, stepping out to confetti in a tailored ivory blazer with a sculpted asymmetric skirt, Christian Louboutin pumps and a Bulgari serpent necklace. With just seven or eight guests in attendance, it was intimate by any measure and magnetic by every one.

It’s giving contemporary bridal with bold personality, tailored style and nods to her own style icons.

For Dua Lipa, Vogue credits the reference point to Bianca Jagger, 1971 — also a blazer, also a hat; a fit that made bridal cool.

For couples feeling the pull toward something smaller, the Lipa-Turner wedding is a reminder that intimacy doesn’t mean compromise. A civil ceremony can be effortlessly impactful. A registry office can be the scene for elevated romance. And seven guests witnessing something real can outshine a packed venue full of obligation invites.

The cool-girl wedding isn’t about having less. It’s about choosing exactly what feels right for you (and wearing something unforgettable while you do it).

I Do… Round Two for Paris Hilton

Plenty of couples say they wish they could relive their wedding day, and Hollywood A-lister Paris Hilton and hubby of five years, Carter Reum have done just that following a sweet “will you marry me… again?” proposal on Valentine’s Day.

Five years after their headline-making 2021 wedding, Paris revealed the vow-renewal celebration on social media, sharing that her “forever Valentine” put on the beautiful display just days before her birthday. Naturally, she said yes all over again, with their children Phoenix and London very much a part of the moment.

Iconic as ever, Hilton wore a chic white Grecian-inspired gown paired with silver gloves, and a statement choker, with Reum rocking a crisp white suit.

Our take? That’s hot.

ICYMI: Rings, “I do’s” and festive-season nuptials worth noting

If the summer break has blurred into one long stretch of leftovers and silenced notifications, here’s the wedding and engagement news you may have missed in your slumber.

Tennis icon Venus Williams rounded out 2025 with a wedding celebration in Palm Beach, Florida, marrying actor and model Andrea Preti after a multi-day set of festivities following their ceremony in Italy, while closer to home, Aussie swim legend Michael Klim also shared end-of-year news, announcing his engagement to Michelle Owen after proposing overseas.

But the real headline belonged to football favourite Sam Kerr. On New Year’s Eve, the Matildas skipper married fellow soccer player Kristie Mewis, delivering one of the most talked-about weddings of the break, set at WA’s stunning Swan Valley.

Back on the engagement front, US star Miley Cyrus confirmed a big “yes” to longtime partner Maxx Morando with her usual low-key confidence, while Jordyn Woods and NBA A-lister Karl-Anthony Towns capped off Christmas with a proposal that too made headlines.
Also joining the festive engagement club was Diary of a CEO host Steven Bartlett, who marked Christmas Day with a proposal he later shared publicly.

Still waking up? At least now you’re in the wedding know.

A Low-Key London Wedding for a Sex And The City Favourite

Sex And The City fan favourite Kim Cattrall has officially married long-time partner Russell Thomas, slipping in a chic, low-key ceremony in Surrey while the internet was looking elsewhere. The pair kept things intimate, opting for just 12 guests at Chelsea Old Town Hall — a venue with serious star pedigree, having hosted the weddings of Judy Garland, Hugh Grant and Pierce Brosnan over the years.

Understated and stylish – from her chic cream Dior suit (styled by Patricia Field because, of course), to Philip Treacy headwear, it was a quietly momentous milestone for a woman who’s never needed noise to make a statement.

Love Lands in Canberra

In an unexpected (and delightfully wholesome) plot twist of the season, Australia’s Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and Jodie Haydon have officially tied the knot. Leaning into understated modern-romance, the Canberra celebration looked intimate, understated and brimming with heart. The couple kept things close-knit and personal, opting for a celebration that felt more like a warm gathering of their nearest and dearest than a pop culture spectacle, though the politically-packed guest list still caught our attention.

Details have been kept refreshingly minimal but the images that did emerge painted a picture of relaxed smiles, classic styling, and a day anchored in sincerity. From what we know – Jodie looked resplendent in a gown by Australian designer Romance Was Born, the ceremony was officiated by central coast celebrant Ceremonies by Bri, and captured by photographer Mike Bowers.

AFL’s Off-Season of “I Do’s”

Weddings, wine and familiar faces in love — the 2025 AFL off-season is looking the goods. The September siren may have sounded, but for a few, the celebrations have rolled on well beyond the final bounce.

Leading the charge in WA, Fremantle’s Andy Brayshaw has married longtime love Lizzie Stock in a beautiful Swan Valley celebration — an elegant affair filled with sunshine, laughter and plenty of notable faces among the crowd. Meanwhile, back in Melbourne, Western Bulldogs forward Rory Lobb wed influencer Lexi Mary in a fashion-forward city ceremony that blended high style with personal flair (and a couple of dress changes to die for!).

Sydney Swans ruckman Brodie Grundy and partner Rachael Wertheim exchanged vows at Kingsbrook Estate in South Australia, where the understated vineyard backdrop matched the couple’s modern-romantic aesthetic.

The newlywed wave continued with Carlton’s Nic Newman marrying Samantha Paterson at Pt Leo Estate. Essendon’s Peter Wright tying the knot with Ellie Holmes, and Bulldogs All-Australian Bailey Dale marrying Erin Meade in a lush Moama celebration.

From vineyards to city skylines, AFL’s finest are making this off-season one to remember. Watch this space – with engagement season just getting started, something tells us this summer is set to sparkle.
