A Little Closer examines the rise of opulent stylings, luxurious details and lush decadence as we leave 2020 far behind and embrace a rich new look for the wedding landscape. Given the inspiration to create a vision for what is come next for wedding day wonders, a talented team of creatives, led by Elissa Marie Design, crafted a treat of aesthetic appeal.
Bold lines in nouveau arcs and textured webbing, reminiscent of 1920s Gatsby revelry, are given a contemporary refresh combined with soft spun linen accented with crisp crystal coupes. This is a celebration at which the champagne doesn’t stop flowing, and the ashy pearlescence of Torte by Mirjana’s cake is enjoyed with lashings of laughter alongside unbridled reverie.
Elissa Marie Design’s gowns are the breathtaking centrepiece to the shoot, a dream in pearl-encrusted beading and scintillating sensuality, with a captivating cats eye bodice creating irreplicable elegance in the most feminine of silhouettes. A contemporary cut breathes a fresh look to flowing silken pieces, framing a pair of show-stopping heels. This dress is one to take centre stage, be the life of the party, and the ultimate romantic; on a night for all to remember.
Blessed to be living across the beautiful Gippsland region of Victoria this team of creatives produced a shoot to inspire soon to be married couples, as well as flex their creative muscles after a party-less 2020.
