As 2016 drew to a close, we reflected on how lucky we were to share so many incredible real weddings on our blog. From celebrations in beautiful vineyards, seaside soirees and private property parties, we loved each and every one of them for the unique take these couples brought to their own wedding days. We take a look back at Ivory Tribe’s Top 5 most popular real weddings of 2016.

Jayde and Brock, Ballarat VIC

We were not surprised to find Jayde and Brock’s celebration in Ballarat was our most popular real wedding in 2016. Elegant, timeless and stunningly styled, bride Jayde was the perfect picture of bridal bliss. Captured by the talented Katie Harmsworth, it’s a must see.

Sally and Lewis, Yarra Valley VIC

All Sally and Lewis wanted from their winery wedding was a fun and relaxed vibe, they kept it simple, and the end result was effortless elegance. It’s hard to go past Sally’s beaming smile and her incredible gown, captured beautifully by The White Tree.

Natalie and Marcus, St Kilda VIC

Is it any wonder that a favourite was the wedding of our very own co-founder of Ivory Tribe, Natalie, to her man Marcus! Set in St Kilda, these two lovebirds made our hearts happy and Natalie’s signature sleek style was evident. Captured by Jesse Hisco this is a sentimental favourite.

Anita and Ross, Connewarre VIC

Luxe at its finest, Anita and Ross filled their day with sweet touches and one amazing surprise! It was opulant and grand and left us wanting more. We swooned over Anita’s gown that embodied softness and volume and was photographed so beautifully by Katie Harmsworth.

Tarryn and Charlie, Melbourne CBD VIC

Set in the heart of Melbourne but with a bohemian feel, Tarryn and Charlie oozed happy wedding vibes from start to finish. A fabulous gown, bold blooms and a sea of happy faces, these loved up sweeties had us grinning from ear to ear. Nick Addison was there to capture this day in all its glory.
