A decade in, Elle still gets giddy about a good bloom, and it shows in work that leans rich, seasonal and full of movement.

The process is deliberately collaborative, meaning you’re welcome to be as hands-on with the creative direction as you like, or hand Elle the reins and trust her to run with your vibe. Either way, she stays approachable the whole way through.
