The property has operated as accommodation for years, but the wedding offering is new, built around a purpose-built Events Centre, in-house catering and the same warm, country hospitality the estate has always been known for. You can bring your own caterers, or work with the Oxley kitchen. You can plan a formal seated dinner for 140, a cocktail celebration for 200, or relaxed dining with your choice of food trucks. The team will help you shape it, but the decisions are yours.
What’s included when you book The Oxley Estate?
The venue provides ceremony space, a reception area in the Events Centre, timber tables and chairs, bar facilities, festoon lighting, and a private retreat for the couple. On-the-day coordination is included, with the events team overseeing the celebration from setup to the final dance. No hidden costs.
Drinks are served through the in-house bar, with packages available, and because Oxley is a working winery, estate-grown wines feature alongside your chosen beverage options.
On-site accommodation and the morning after
One of Oxley Estate’s strongest selling points is the accommodation. The Manor House is a favourite for bridal party preparations, with generous space for getting ready together. Luxury spa suites and guest rooms sit within walking distance of the Events Centre, and shared amenities include a swimming pool, BBQ areas, gardens and a fire pit. Staying on site turns a wedding day into a weekend, and the morning-after atmosphere at Oxley, with the pool and the animals and the quiet of the property, is part of what couples remember.
